Yoga. Start your Sunday morning the right way. Let Brittany guide you trough the asanas and feel rejuvenated. This slow vinyasa flow will help you connect your breath with movements that are selected to compliment and improve your climbing. But you don’t have to be a climber to reap the benefits of this class.
This class will focus on improving finger and wrist strength, increasing power in your core and in hip extension, while stretching and opening up muscles that tend to get tight from climbing.
Class will be taught in English, and mats are provided.
